Mr. Green has focused on this area of practice his entire career.  His Law Degree from the University of Colorado included courses in Public Administration and an internship rewriting the Boulder County Land Use Plan.  His first job was First Assistant Pueblo County Attorney representing the County in all land use/zoning matters and he recently was the City Attorney for Central City with responsibilities including the Environmental Impact Statement Process for the roadway project.  For twenty years he was in Aspen, representing clients including the Hyatt Hotel Chain and Hans Graninger, the Hunter Creek Access, Kona Post Downzoning/Antitrust, election challenges, and the Entrance to Aspen.  Since 2003, Green has been in private practice in Denver, representing clients in rezoning and permitting approvals, and litigation.
